Duties & Responsibilities
Perform electrical maintenance and repairs, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Execute scheduled maintenance activities and improve maintenance processes.
Identify and manage critical spares for electrical equipment.
Undertake installation work including trenching, conduit installation, and cable pulling.
Respond to after-hour breakdowns and call-outs when required.
Maintain cleanliness in workshops and substations and ensure proper PPE usage.
Skills and Competencies
Ability to plan, organize, and control work effectively.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
Self-motivated and team-oriented.
Qualifications
Trade-tested Electrician (Wireman's License preferred).
2–3 years' experience in electrical maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical methods, tools, and safety precautions
