**Chef de Partie**
**_Role Overview:_**
We are looking for an experienced **Chef de Partie** to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for supporting one of three key areas: our **Specialty Restaurant( Japanese Restaurant)** , or **All-Day Dining(French)** . Each area requires a different focus, so we are seeking individuals who have specific expertise and a passion for the area they will support. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations, as well as mentoring junior staff to maintain excellence.

Support the contemporary Japanese restaurant with 55 seats and a 12-seat counter.
