This role provides guidance, support, advice, and governance to projects and business on all SHEQ matters and manages audits and compliance.
- Lead SHEQ Advisors, providing leadership and accountability for day‑to‑day activities.
- Maintain and drive accreditations such as ISO standards, NERS, Achillies, RoSPA, etc.
- Develop, implement and monitor SHEQ strategies, policies and procedures across the business.
- Conduct regular internal and external audits.
- Provide training, mentoring and support to the SHEQ team.
- Produce reports, KPI tracking and data analysis for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Chartered membership of a relevant professional body (NEBOSH/IOSH) or working towards it.
- Prior experience in the DNO and ICP environment is advantageous.
- Diploma, degree or HNC level education.
