Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate SHEQ activities across operational sites
- Plan, monitor, communicate and report on SHEQ performance
- Conduct internal and external audits and compile detailed audit reports
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 1401, SQAS Africa, RTMS and RTS standards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses and customer complaints
- Compile incident investigation reports and corrective action plans
- Register IOD incidents and manage related documentation
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and site inspections
- Facilitate emergency preparedness exercises and safety meetings
- Develop, review and maintain SHEQ policies, procedures and work instructions
- Compile monthly SHEQ reports and performance statistics
