Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate SHEQ activities across operational sites

  • Plan, monitor, communicate and report on SHEQ performance

  • Conduct internal and external audits and compile detailed audit reports

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SQAS Africa, RTMS and RTS standards

  • Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses and customer complaints

  • Compile incident investigation reports and corrective action plans

  • Register IOD incidents and manage related documentation

  • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and site inspections

  • Facilitate emergency preparedness exercises and safety meetings

  • Develop, review and maintain SHEQ policies, procedures and work instructions
