Summary of Duties
The Shelter Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shelter, ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of shelter residents. This role supervises and maintains shelter facilities, and provides leadership in creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for individuals and families experiencing housing insecurity. The Shelter Supervisor also liaises with community resources and services to assist residents in meeting their needs.
