Salary: $72,000.00 annually

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and provide solutions to staff concerns and guest issues. Work with the shelter team to manage internal communication, facilitate meetings with staff and leaders, and ensure that all staff, practicum students and volunteers work effectively within our re‑housing strategy.
• Collaborate with all program and service areas of The Mustard Seed to provide effective referrals.
• Ensure staff are properly trained and oriented, and review training materials to ensure relevancy.
• Liaise with HR, Health and Safety, and other Mustard Seed programs, as well as external partners, to ensure the smooth operation of the shelter.
• Assist with HR duties such as the hiring process and employee relations.
