Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Backstocking and shelf stocking within the store
• Leading the team during practical work and guiding new and existing employees
• Customer service, especially while stocking during open hours
• Scheduling shifts and ensuring coverage from Monday to Saturday, starting at 6:00 am
• Monitoring performance goals and maintaining a fast‑paced working environment
• Handling administrative tasks such as employee contact and communication with customers
