Join the Sheguiandah First Nation Health Centre as a Family Systems Navigator, providing critical support services for families navigating child protection. This full-time role focuses on early intervention and community engagement aimed at fostering child and family wellness.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Family Systems Navigator will develop Care Plans, conduct workshops, and serve as an advocate for families. Your efforts will be vital in connecting clients with resources and cultivating a resilient, informed community.
