Sheetmetal Technician

Summary:

•   Working with or without supervision in performing aircraft inspections, repair and maintenance in accordance with all regulations to insure airworthiness.


• All work performed will consistently comply with company policy and procedures.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Work with supervisors in performing aircraft inspections and repairs.
• Maintenance and modification work on Bell 206B, 206L, 407 and Sikorsky S76 aircrafts.   Repair body or structure of aircraft according to specifications.
• Reinstall repaired or replacement parts for subsequent riveting or welding, using clamps and wrenches.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and specifications or examine sample or damaged parts or structures to determine repairs or fabrication procedures and sequence of operations.
