**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman Sheet Metal Technicians** for projects located in the **Hyattsville, MD area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$28-33/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**
+ Assist with the replacement of rooftop units (RTUs)
+ Prepare roof curbs for new equipment
+ Assist crane operations during RTU removal and installation
+ Connect ductwork and utilities
+ Install condensate drain lines
+ Reconnect or replace electrical disconnects
+ Connect RTUs to electrical and temperature control systems
+ Install smoke detectors when required
+ Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications
