Job Description

We’re on the lookout for talented Sheet Metal Apprentices to join our team at Modern Niagara as we embark on an exciting journey.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively under the direction and guidance of the Foreperson and Journeypersons

  • Read and interpret blueprint drawings, shop drawings, and spec’s requirements for assigned projects

  • Analyze and interpret construction and schematic drawings, technical documentation, and equipment specifications

  • Adhere and uphold all safety protocols and measures put in place by Modern Niagara to ensure the safety of all employees

    • Must haves: 

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Mechanical Trade qualification or currently enrolled in an Apprenticeship program is a strong asset

  • Driven individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within their position
