  • 36 years experience in SHE, Safety, Training, or Risk within a logistics or transport environment
  • Matric
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles
  • Experience in training and staff development
  • Proven ability to monitor and enforce compliance
  • Knowledge of fleet and logistics operations
  • Relevant safety, risk, or training certifications advantageous
  • Exposure to automotive or vehicle logistics advantageous
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and influence operational teams
