JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to Support delivery of Unilever’s Zero Harm ambition at Jeddah Factory by implementing Unilever SHE Standards, ensuring compliance with KSA regulations, and building a strong safety culture across all shifts and lines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and sustain Unilever SHE Standards and local legal requirements in the factory (risk assessments, permits-to-work, LOTO, machine safety, contractor management, etc.).
  • Lead or support SHE risk assessments (JHAs, HAZOPs, ergonomics) and ensure timely closure of actions.
  • Coordinate incident and near-miss reporting, investigation and learning; track corrective and preventive actions.
