Manage secure external and internal sharing as departments move workloads into SharePoint.
Provide user support, training, and change management
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for staff adapting from network drives to SharePoint.
Maintain and optimize SharePoint Online environment
Monitor site usage, storage, performance, search indexing, and content lifecycle.
Manage automation scripts (PowerShell, PnP PowerShell)
