Shared Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

In general, the SSM will be responsible for developing and implementing the group's shared services vision, strategies, policies, and procedures that will help support the group's business growth and efficiency across the organization.

Specifically, the SSM will be expected to:

1. Develop and implement the shared services framework, strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization.

2. Manage the build-up of capacities vis-à-vis anticipated volume of transactions of subsidiaries and affiliates in collaboration with the Operating Units.

3. Develop the services' pricing strategy and cost management to ensure sustainability of the service platform.

4. Manage and oversee the delivery of shared services to subsidiaries and affiliates in a timely and efficient manner in collaboration with the Business Units.
