An opportunity is available for a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide high‑level executive and administrative support to the Director of Operations, Director of Business Operations, and Director of Education Operations. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to Christian education and the values of the College. This is a full‑time, ongoing role, working across both the Carrum Downs and Tyabb campus locations.

The role supports coordinated planning, streamlined operations, and effective communication across Shared Services portfolios, including Finance, Risk & Compliance, Property, IT, Marketing, Enrolments, Human Resources, and Administration.
