Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Perform manual and automated functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Validate SFDC configurations, workflows, and customizations.
  • Log, track, and manage defects and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce processes including leads, opportunities, accounts, and custom objects.
  • Create and maintain test documentation: test plans, test cases, and test data.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Ensure test environments are stable and data is accurate for test execution.
