SFDC Platform Business Process Architect

The Salesforce.com (SFDC) Platform Business Architect will recommend, design and support the execution of SFDC processes across multiple capabilities to meet requirements and platform standards, while delivering business value, aligned to HPEs Sales Experience strategy and focus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures cross capability alignment and consistency in tool and feature usage within HPEs SFDC - CRM platform.
• This is a key role for supporting efficiency and productivity across the Platform by acting as the bridge across the SFDC capabilities.
• This role is responsible for researching, assessing and supporting the implementation of new innovations and industry leading solutions.
• Required role given the volume of Sales and Partner Experience, Global Operations and BU funded strategic programs, as well as platform operations management and production activities.
