SFDC implementation team member For Retail Asset

Roles and Responsibilities

Engage with multiple stake holders to understand the current state processes and
design future state processes in alignment with the overall transformation strategy
Participate in discussions with Technology teams and Implementation partners
related to SFDC architecture
Use prior SFDC implementation experience across Sales cloud, Service cloud and
Marketing cloud to manage the implementation of SFDC across RA products
Liaise with developers to ensure solution design and implementation are in line with
the business requirements.
Ensure that the project work is executed and implemented according to the plan and
according to agreed project management standards
Participate in regular project reviews with the relevant stakeholders to ensure defined
governance is followed and status is reported to all senior stakeholders
