We are looking for a Senior SFCC Full Stack Technical Support Lead to drive support operations, lead a technical team, manage customer communication, and ensure delivery excellence across SFCC front-end and back-end solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SFRA, Business Manager operations, ITSM processes, and release management.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ SFCC Full Stack Support
Lead both front-end (SFRA/UI) and back-end (server-side JS, Business Manager) operations.
Deliver enhancements, custom features, and issue resolutions.
Handle Controllers, Services, Forms, PDP/PLP modifications, and storefront functionalities.
Manage Business Manager setups such as promotions, content assets, slots, preferences, jobs, workflows, and catalog operations.
