Essential Job Results
Completes Customer orders by:
Cutting and sewing material for covers, insert pads, heal pads, and accessory items. Possessing and executing complete knowledge of sewing policies and procedures.
Maintains quality service by:
Altering and repairing product according to department policies, reporting quality and maintenance problems to the assigned supervisor.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by:
Operating all machinery in a safe and efficient manner, reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisor or safety manager, complying with all safety and quality policies, practices and procedures. Sweeping, vacuuming, and maintaining organization of work area, and support of Company 5S initiatives.
