Process Engineer (Sewing)
Requirements
- Experience in Automotive Industry as a Process Engineer
- Advanced English is a must
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Solid work
- Knowledge in Sewing process
Description
- Develop and regularly review and update process documents including PFMEA, process flow diagrams, floor layouts, work instructions, rework instructions, etc; train and guide direct process operations, and point out and correct irregular operations that violate process requirements in a timely manner.
- Collect data at the production site every day, analyze the weak links in the production process, and implement continuous improvement to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost.
- Design or select production equipment, fixtures, station equipment, etc....
