Process Engineer (Sewing)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, Mechatronic

• Experience in Automotive Industry as a Process Engineer

• Advanced English is a must

• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Solid work

• Knowledge in Sewing process

Description:

• Develop and regularly review and update process documents including PFMEA, process flow diagrams, floor layouts, work instructions, rework instructions, etc; train and guide direct process operations, and point out and correct irregular operations that violate process requirements in a timely manner.
• Collect data at the production site every day, analyze the weak links in the production process, and implement continuous improvement to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost.
