Join the City as a Sewer & Water Operator-in-Training, a permanent full-time position focused on essential municipal services. Work involves operating utility tractors and maintaining water systems throughout the year.
This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sewer and water operations. Under qualified supervision, you will carry out maintenance tasks for water distribution and wastewater systems. In winter, you will use utility tractors for keeping roads clear of snow. In addition to fulfilling regular duties, participation in an emergency duty system is required for efficient service.
