Duties and Responsibilities

• Help produce leather goods such as handbags, jackets and shoes to Roots' high standards.
• Sew pre‑cut leather and fabric pieces including pockets, flaps, zippers, piping, hoods, sleeves and linings.
• Assess quality of garment pieces before sewing to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Participate in the sewing process as part of a team to meet quality, delivery and safety requirements.
• Meet or exceed individual and team productivity quotas on a daily basis.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
