TCP is a leading provider of flexible, mobile timekeeping and workforce management solutions. The Setups Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the successful onboarding and configuration of customer accounts.

Responsibilities
- Support Customer Facing Teams with customer account setup, system configuration, and data validation activities.
- Handle large datasets in Microsoft Excel and apply formulas to transform raw data into system‑ready formats.
- Assist with exposure to SQL and perform basic database queries.
- Prepare and maintain status reports and checklists.
- Collaborate with Customer Facing Teams to identify and resolve configuration or data‑related issues.
