We are seeking a skilled Setup Technician for our injection molding department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing tooling dies, ensuring molds and equipment are safely set up and functioning properly, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install tooling dies (molds) into injection molding machines.
+ Verify that molds and ancillary equipment are safely set up and functioning correctly.
+ Remove ancillary equipment from work centers after production runs are complete.
+ Clean and store molds and equipment in a safe, protected condition.
+ Use a variety of hand tools in a safe and appropriate manner.
+ Operate a pallet jack and manage resin handling, drying, and movement.
+ Keep accurate records of time spent on tasks and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
