Catholic Social Services is currently recruiting for casual Settlement Support Workers in Red Deer.

Job Summary: As a Settlement Support Worker working in our Immigration and Settlement Services team, you will work closely within a team to support a smooth transition into Canada for our newcomers. In consultation and with guidance from the Settlement Counsellors, you will provide interpretation services to clients in their own language. You will interpret for them in orientation sessions and at various appointments. You will also teach life skills and provide hands-on learning with the aim of assisting newcomers to master the skills necessary to live successfully in Canada.
