- South African Citizen.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in:
- Injection moulding machine setting and process optimisation.
- Plastics manufacturing.
- Shift supervision within a production environment.
- Plastic Federation Injection Machine Setting Certificate (NQF Level 6 / Level 4 Certificate).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to train and mentor production personnel.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate and supervise production activities during the shift.
