Setter (Injection Moulding)

To coordinate production activities, optimise machine performance, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently achieved. Requirements South African Citizen. Minimum 3 years' experience in: Injection moulding machine setting and process optimisation. Plastics manufacturing. Shift supervision within a production environment. Plastic Federation Injection Machine Setting Certificate (NQF Level 6 / Level 4 Certificate). Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities. Ability to train and mentor production personnel. Excellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
