**Job Description**

The Set-Up Operator performs tooling changeovers and set-ups for thermoforming machines efficiently and within defined time deadlines. This role is responsible for starting up and shutting down thermoforming lines, ensuring machines run safely and effectively, and supporting production quality through inspections and operator training. An early morning start, ideally at 6:00 a.m., is required, and the position is full-time within a plastic thermoforming environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform tooling changeovers and set-ups for thermoforming machines efficiently and within established time deadlines.
+ Start up and shut down thermoforming lines, including completing all required setups and changeovers.
+ Diagnose operating issues on thermoforming machines and perform minor adjustments and repairs to maintain efficient operation.
