Description:
This role is responsible for the set-up, adjustment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of line equipment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards. The Set-Up Mechanic will play a key role in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality operations.
Schedule:
1st Shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday
Essential Functions:
+ Set up, adjust, and operate manufacturing line machines according to product batch records.
+ Conduct routine mechanical inspections and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Provide emergency or unscheduled repairs on production and/or line equipment.
+ Perform changeovers between different products or formats efficiently to minimize downtime. Perform track and trace activities as required on packaging equipment.
+ Maintain Lockout & Tagout system. Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all setups, maintenance, adjustments, ...
