Sessional Exercise Instructor (Self‑Employed) – West Berkshire based, Wednesdays

Organisation: Get Berkshire Active (Active Partnership for Berkshire)

Programme: Ever Active – funded by West Berkshire Council

Location: Inkpen & Hungerford, West Berkshire

Hours: 2 hours per week (Wednesdays)

Rate: £25 per hour

Contract: Self‑employed, sessional for 6 months initially

About the Role

You will deliver two weekly Ever Active classes every Wednesday. Each session lasts approximately one hour and focuses on:

• Gentle movement to support mobility, strength and balance
• Mostly seated, low‑intensity exercises
• Creating a warm, sociable and inclusive environment for older adults

A small amount of admin is required, including recording attendance and communicating any issues or updates.
