What we’re looking for

As the primary point of contact for guests, Guides embody our brand, emanating warmth and presence, while inspiring through facilitation style, and deep knowledge of the science + health benefits of sauna and ice bath. The Guide will exude confidence, credibility, charisma, and create a sense of wonder and awe delivering programming within the sauna and ice bath experience. Guides ensure exceptional customer experience is delivered through all touch points.
