**About the role**
As a **Servity Developer (d/f/m)** , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and optimizing ITSM solutions on the **DCON Servity** platform. You will be a valued member of our IT Service Management delivery team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical experts to ensure scalable, efficient, and high‑quality ITSM operations.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Design, develop, and configure solutions on the Servity ITSM platform.
+ Customize core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Hardware/Software Asset Management.
+ Develop workflows, forms, business rules, and interfaces.
+ Build integrations with procurement tools and vendor portals such as HP, Dell, and Lenovo.
+ Support enhancements, bug fixes, and platform optimization activities.
