Job Description :

  • Good experience in IT asset management in ServiceNow ITAM domain
  • Handson experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules SAM Pro HAM Pro
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting JavaScript Glide ApI.
  • Experience with integrations using RESTSOAP APIs
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills

Good to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to automation workflows for asset lifecycle
  • Knowledge of cloud licensing and SaaS subscription management
