About the opportunity 
The Services Technical Consultant role is aligned to a North American Eastern Standard Time and requires a night shift in Philippines. The roles primary responsibility is to capture the business requirements from both the customer and the 3rd party vendor, document the requirements and work with a development resource to create the code that will generate primarily a flat file of data. The normal cycle is discovery, configuration (by dev resource), testing, production deployment, and monitoring of the export for two production runs. Other key duties are the management of customers' expectations as it relates to scope of work, additions to scope of work, efforts of the project, timeline or duration of the project, managing expectations on deliverables of the customer and vendor along with other dependencies. 
This role does NOT develop code. 
Work primarily related to new changes to an existing export(s) or the building of a net new export(s).
