How You Will Contribute:

You will be working within the Service Partner Management team.

The Service Partner Management team is responsible to build an ecosystem of external service partners who support Ciena field installation, field engineering and maintenance services of Ciena optical and packet products

  • You will collaborate with various internal teams, ranging from individual contributors to senior management
  • You will coordinate with colleagues in global setting, across different countries and time zones, although you will maintain regular business hours
