POSITION: Services Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT: Manage, Supervise and execute the operational functions and
activities of the Workshop. Ensure that all repairs and service to both internal and external customers
are carried out according to policies and procedures. Engage with Regional Sales Teams and
Customers to grow the business through the faultless execution of service activities.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Determine customer needs and effectively market service capabilities, including installation
solutions
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers
- Forecast and report on annual, monthly and weekly opportunities utilising the company CRM
system.
