* Process and manage service orders accurately and efficiently within established service level agreements (SLAs).
* Handle order management activities related to booking, invoicing, and order fulfillment processes.
* Review customer orders and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements.
* Coordinate with customers, sales teams, operations, and other stakeholders regarding order-related concerns and updates.
* Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues that may impact processing timelines.
* Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and other business systems.
