Services Operator

Due to internal promotions, opportunities exist for diligent and safety focused Services Operators to join the team at our Railton Site in beautiful pristine Tasmania. An integrated member of the services team, our operators supply materials for cement production onto and within the site. This is an excellent opportunity for persons looking for future progression into Process Operator roles and similar.

Your Opportunity

As a Services Operator at our Railton site, you will:

• Provide general site, equipment, and daily clean up duties (eg: Material spills from Clinker, Meal, Cement, Coal, Crushed Limestone and Clay) using brooms, shovels, scrapers, and the use of pneumatic or electric jack hammers)
• Operate mobile equipment: Tip Truck, Loader, Forklift, Sweeper, Elevated work platform
• Perform equipment monitoring (pre-start checks & filling out log books)
• Clinker covering
• Bagging shed operation
