Role Overview

The Services Operations Developer, PMO supports the Five9 GTM-PMO by designing, building, and scaling automation processes and data-driven workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across GTM-supported teams.

While the role is embedded within the GTM-PMO, its impact extends beyond PMO-owned processes to support internal customers across GTM, including Professional Services, Technical Account Management (TAM), and other customer-facing and operational teams.

This role focuses on leveraging AI-powered IDEs, enterprise automation tools, and modern development practices to translate workflows, operating models, and program objectives into durable technical solutions. The role also supports the creation and maintenance of Five9 VCC templates using automation to promote standardization and repeatability.
