The Operations Services Manager will lead the commercial, operational, and technical service activities within the PSD business, ensuring exceptional customer support while optimizing resources, controlling costs, and driving operational excellence.


This role is responsible for managing service administration, product supervisors, contract management activities, and customer-facing operations while supporting business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage PSD service operations, ensuring efficient execution of technical and commercial activities.

  • Oversee service administration processes, including workforce productivity, overtime management, work-in-progress (WIP) control, service orders, and billing activities.
