Services Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, test, and commission UPS systems, PDUs, Busway, and associated electrical systems at customer sites.

· Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system faults to ensure uptime and performance.

· Support service calls and emergency interventions for power system failures or alarms.

· Assist project teams during implementation, ensuring all electrical work aligns with design and compliance standards.

· Maintain detailed service records, reports, and customer feedback.

· Provide training and handover support to customers post-installation.

· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for spare parts, upgrades, and technical support.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.

· 3+ years hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of UPS systems, PDUs, or electrical distribution systems.
