Job Description
The Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Professional Services organization in areas such as resource scheduling, billing/invoicing, and liaising with internal resources and external customers.
KEY DUTIES
- Schedule and coordinate resources for engagements across the Services team.
- Manage the month-end and quarter-end billing and invoicing process for the Services organization.
- Follow-up with customers to consume pre-paid Services offerings.
- Ensure processes are adhered to including follow-up on necessary forms, terms, agreements, etc. including work orders and statement of work documents.
- Assist with managing Services forecasts and determining projects are on track and accurately being reported on. May follow-up with internal resources and external customers as needed.
