- Support program leadership in overseeing Specialist and Correspondence Specialist teams, including coaching and performance management

- Analyze KPIs to identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure learners, faculty, and vendors receive high-quality support
