**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on Honeywell products following established procedures and safety standards.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
+ Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including parts used and time spent on each task.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technical Support and Logistics to resolve customer issues efficiently.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards during all service activities.
