Job Description

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent chatbots and workflows
  • Write and maintain scripts for process automation and integrations within ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Virtual Agent solutions
  • Ensure ServiceNow applications meet governance, security, and best-practice standards
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Virtual Agent workflows for performance and user experience
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for implemented solutions
