Job Description

What success looks like in this role:

  • Performs software QA engineering for assigned ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on both functional and regression testing.​

  • Collaborates with the Engineering POD and other stakeholders to review client requirements, solution design and related functional specifications.​

  • Designs, develops and maintains detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow features and customizations.​

  • Designs, builds and maintains automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), and contributes to enhancing the overall test automation strategy.​

  • Executes manual and automated test cases, analyzes results, logs defects and reports findings to relevant stakeholders and teams in a clear and structured manner.​
